Ingredients
½
cup
chia seeds
2
cups
plant milk (I use soya)
2
tablespoon
agave nectar
3
teaspoon
almond extract
TOPPING
fresh fruit
your favourite yoghurt
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Allow to soak for a couple of minutes stirring well to avoid clumps.
Let sit for 1 hour before serving (best overnight in the fridge).
Top with your favourite yogurt and fresh fruits.
